How do I request an item?
First, log in to avolak.com. Then, find the item you want from any U.S. e-commerce website and copy the product link. Paste the link into the request bar on avolak.com. If you have any special instructions or requests, be sure to include them in the notes section. After that, select the quantity of the item and click the 'Request Item' button. Once your request is submitted, we will review it and provide you with a price estimate within approximately 24 hours
How much are you charging for an item?
Avolak charges a service fee based on the product category of your order, which typically ranges between 1-5% of the total value. This total includes the product price, freight, and customs duty. The cost of freight and customs duty depends entirely on the type of product—some are calculated based on weight, while others are based on the number of pieces or the product's dimensions.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Once payment is made, an order can only be canceled if the purchase has not yet been completed. If the item has already been purchased from the US vendor, the order cannot be canceled.
How do I pay for items?
We accept a wide range of online payment methods, powered by Amrapay, for a seamless and secure transaction experience. For using the gateway Amrapay will charge 2.5% extra on the total invoice amount. Additionally, we offer the option of bank deposits for your convenience. But for bank transfers, there are no other extra charges.
How do I get a discount?
Customers can get discounts by referring more people. After login, go to the link: https://www.avolak.com/earning/ Now copy the referral link from there and forward it to your friend. You will get commissions on each purchase your friend makes with no extra cost added to your friend's purchase. And your commissions will be stored as your earning balance point. Each point will be considered as one BDT. You can use the balance to make new purchases. The balance will be automatically deducted from the total amount on checkout as a discount.

What is Avolak B2B?
Avolak B2B is a unique service designed for small business owners who want to import goods from the USA with a small investment. Through Avolak's B2B service, you can import products in bulk. Simply purchase your products and send them to our U.S. warehouse. We will then handle the shipping to Bangladesh and deliver the goods to you.
To get started, log in to https://avolak.com and submit your packing list. If you don’t have a packing list, click on the 'I don't have a packing list' option, which will open a form where you can provide details about your products. Once submitted, we will review your request and calculate the cost. After that, send your products to our U.S. warehouse, and we’ll take care of the rest. When your products arrive at our Bangladesh warehouse, we will count or weigh them to provide the final price for you to pay.
