How do you ship products?

We ship products using a third-party freight forwarder to transport goods to Bangladesh. Generally, it will take 2-4 week to reach your product into our warehouse. But it might take a little longer depending on the freight forward’s flight schedule or Bangladesh custom house’s work load. Once your products arrive at our warehouse, we dispatch them to you via a local courier if you selected the home delivery option at checkout. If you didn’t choose home delivery, you will need to collect your products from our warehouse. The typical charge for home delivery is around BDT 120, depending on the product's weight. For heavier items, additional courier charges may apply, and you will either pay the courier directly or receive an invoice for the extra cost to pay.

How Do I Get the Products? What Are the Delivery Methods?

Once your products are shipped to Bangladesh through our third-party freight forwarder, they will be stored at our warehouse until delivery arrangements are made. You have two main options for receiving your products:

    1.   Home Delivery:

  1. If you selected the home delivery option at checkout, we will arrange for your products to be delivered directly to your specified address using a local courier. There is typically a charge of around BDT 120 for standard home delivery, though this may vary based on the weight or size of the item. For heavier or oversized products, additional charges may apply. You can either pay the local courier directly for any extra fees or receive an invoice for the additional amount, which must be settled before delivery.

  2. 2.   Warehouse Collection:

  3. If you didn’t choose the home delivery option, you’ll need to collect your products from our warehouse. After the products arrive in Bangladesh and are processed, you will be notified that your items are ready for pick-up. You can then visit our warehouse at your convenience to collect the goods.   4. 2.   B2B Delivery:

  5. For B2B customers, you will also need to collect your products from our warehouse. Before delivery, we will count or weigh your products to calculate the final cost, and you will be invoiced for any outstanding fees. Once the final payment is made, you can collect your products.

In summary, the two delivery methods are home delivery (with a standard charge and possible extra fees for heavier items) or personal collection from our warehouse. The choice depends on the option you select during checkout.

How to Return Your Product?

Returning your product is simple and hassle-free. Please follow these steps:

    1.   Unboxing Video:

  1. We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing the product. This will serve as proof in case the item is damaged or incorrect.

  2. 2.   Notify Us:

  3. Please email us at [email protected] with the unboxing video within 48 hours of receiving the product if you notice any issues, such as:

    • Damaged or broken items
    • Defective products
    • Items that do not match the requested order
  4. 3.   Return the Product:

  5. After notifying us, send the product back to the address: Road 2/c Bottola Rail gate, Uttara Sector 4, Dhaka. Ensure that the product you're returning matches the one shown in the unboxing video. Also, do not forget to write the order ID on the box you are returning.

How Do I Get My Refund?

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it matches the description provided, we will process your refund within 48 hours after a quick review. The refund will be issued through your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once it's processed.

On the other hand, if your order does not arrive within the expected shipping timeframe, you can request a refund by contacting us through the message option on your dashboard. Our team will investigate the delay and process your refund accordingly.
